Starting Photo: I found this inthe web

Step 1: from menu... change the method from grayscale to RGB color

Step 2: set the Quick mask option and select the areas which will must have the same color

Step 3: un-select the quick mask, copy and paste (new layer)

Step4 adjust the values hue / saturation set the options colorized and prewiew
for the flesh (only) the hue value must be 20 the other parameter change every photo

Step 5: visualize both the layers...and this is the result

Step 6: repeat the process for every area that you want color
the hue valour now... change for every color
it's a good rule maintain the layer separate until... at the end of the job.
